Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2021

The fruit was hand-picked and fermented in open top tanks with 15% whole cluster. Fermentation was 100% spontaneous and all punch downs were by hand. The wine was then gently pressed and aged in French oak (10% new) for 11 months and bottled unfiltered. The wine spent most of its life on the lees giving it great weight to balance to acidity and structure.
