San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in a selection of 78% new French and American Oak barrels and 22% neutral barrels following the fermentation and pressing process. This Cabernet is highlighted by its dark deep hues and robust flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberries. The nose is greeted with aromas of baking spice, nutmeg, and tobacco. With soft, long-lasting leathery tannins, the mid palate is rich and spicy, balancing the wine with a long, round smooth finish.
