Description
Elysium is a full-bodied sweet dessert wine made with Certified Sustainable Black Muscat grapes. Black Muscat, also known as Muscat Hamburg, is possibly the most aromatic of all the Muscat varieties. To make Elysium, the Black Muscat is harvested at 25 brix, crushed, chilled, and allowed to macerate. Wine spirits are added to arrest the brief fermentation. Elysium’s violet-crimson color and litchi-rose aroma develop after the fruit attains full maturity. Pair with dark chocolate, vanilla, creamy desserts, cheesecake, English Summer Pudding, red fruit desserts, goat cheese or Gorgonzola.
